Our Handpan.World showrooms in over fifty cities offer the perfect opportunity to try out a wide selection of handpans.
Depending on availability and possibility, we are also happy to deliver the instruments you want to try out to the showroom nearest to you.
Simply let us know the exact model name and the showroom to which you would like us to send the sample instrument.
Our experienced showroom partners will be on hand to help you find the right instrument.
You can try out instruments and receive comprehensive advice to help you make an informed decision.

Handpan rental service:
If you would like to try out different models before buying a handpan or if you need a specific handpan for workshops or performances on a temporary basis, we offer you the option of renting our handpans. This is ideal for the undecided or for those who want to test different models. You can choose from an exquisite selection of high-quality musical instruments.

If your desired instrument is not available for hire, simply let us know which model you would like to hire. Depending on availability, we can offer you your preferred handpan for hire.
Our handpan rental service is available throughout the EU. No matter where you are, we will send you the desired instrument directly and make it easy to return it via our returns portal.
Rental fees:
- Minimum rental period 14 days: 140€
- 21 days: 196€
- 30 days: 250€
- Additional bookable single days: 8€
Advantages of renting:
If you like the instrument, you can buy the rented handpan and the rental fee will be credited to you at 100%. If you return the rental instrument, you will receive a voucher for 50% of the rental fee, which you can redeem to buy a handpan.
Please note that some of the instruments offered for rent are rental instruments only and not new. If you like the sound of the rented model and decide to buy it, you will of course receive a new Handpan.
Handpan repair & retuning service
Our handpan repair & retuning service at Handpan.World offers you professional care to ensure the highest sound quality and tuning stability. Whether it's a slight detuning or a comprehensive repair, our experienced tuner Ramon will take care of your instrument.
Free retuning within the warranty period
Handpans purchased from Handpan.World come with a two-year guarantee on tuning stability. If your instrument goes out of tune within this period, we will retune it free of charge. You only pay the shipping costs of 60 € for the return shipment to Spain. Damage caused by your own fault is not covered.
Chargeable retuning service outside of the warranty
After the warranty has expired or in the event of improper handling, we offer retuning services. Costs vary between 150 € and 300 €, depending on the model and degree of detuning. Send us a video recording of your detuned Handpan for assessment.
Repair service for damaged Handpans
In the event of damage caused by falls or other impacts, we offer comprehensive repairs to maximize the life and sound quality of your handpan.
No retuning of third-party instruments
We only tune handpans purchased from the Handpan.World network. Unfortunately, we cannot retune instruments from other suppliers.
