Handpan repair & retuning service
Our handpan repair & retuning service at Handpan.World offers you professional care to ensure the highest sound quality and tuning stability. Whether it's a slight detuning or a comprehensive repair, our experienced tuner Ramon will take care of your instrument.
Free retuning within the warranty period
Handpans purchased from Handpan.World come with a two-year guarantee on tuning stability. If your instrument goes out of tune within this period, we offer free retuning. You only pay the shipping costs of 60 € for the return shipment to Spain. Damage caused by your own fault is not covered.
Chargeable retuning service outside of the warranty
After the warranty has expired or in the event of improper handling, we offer retuning services. Costs vary between 150 € and 300 €, depending on the model and degree of detuning. Send us a video recording of your detuned Handpan for assessment.
Repair service for damaged Handpans
In the event of damage caused by falls or other impacts, we offer comprehensive repairs to maximize the life and sound quality of your handpan.
No retuning of third-party instruments
We only tune handpans purchased from the Handpan.World network. Unfortunately, we cannot retune instruments from other suppliers.
