We always pay attention to an excellent price-performance ratio. Therefore, we reduce the number of handpans for various reasons: clearance sales, slight visual defects, discarded demonstration models and prototypes.
We often remove models from our range and then sell them off in the outlet. When making a handpan, minor errors can occasionally occur that lead to small visual defects such as scratches or discoloration. We offer these instruments at low prices in the handpan outlet. Instruments that have been loaned out or used as demonstration models for a long time are also available here at reduced prices. Sometimes you can also find unusual prototypes from our instrument makers.
We guarantee that all of the handpans we offer are well tuned and playable in a balanced manner. If there is anything wrong with the handpan you ordered, please contact us immediately - we will make appropriate adjustments.
