In contrast to the Western world, where 440 Hz is the standard, 432 Hz tuning is used here.
This is because it is believed to stimulate our chakras, the centers of life energy, in a special way and thus promote spiritual awakening. Healing Frequency Handpans are among the instruments with an exceptionally long sustain, which we recommend for meditative experiences and sound journeys. The Healing Frequency series also has its own unique character. These instruments are distinguished by their special metallic design and a delicate timbre.
Handcrafted in Italy, the Healing Frequency impresses with its striking appearance. The notes sound extremely clean and with a delicacy that is also reflected in the tactile feel when touching the surface. All in all, a thoroughly elegant handpan.

Specifications
Diameter: 53 cm
Height: 26 cm
Weight: approx. 4 kg
Material: Stainless steel

About the Tuning
Tuning Name: Mystik
Standard Note Sequence: C# G# A C# D# E G# A C# D# E G#
Atmosphere: Mysterious - Spherical - Transcendent
Tonal Center: DING
Mode: Aeolian - Minor
Scale: Hexatonic
Semitones: 7 - 1 - 4 - 2- 1 - 4 - 1 - 2

Mystik Tuning Description:

The name says it all: This pan awaits you with mystical sounds that will take you to another sphere. Switch off your mind and be fully in the here and now. The selection of notes for the Mystik tuning was deliberately chosen to be a faithful companion for meditation and yoga exercises. Of course, you can also play it at home to surround yourself with soothing vibrations or to bring yourself into a transcendent state.

In the Hawaiian language, it means "Power of Peace." Like at the end of a ritual battle, the colors of gold and steel reach out here and underline the extraordinary expressiveness of the 12-tone scale. C# Mystik is the gentle power of understanding, the blending of opposites, which knows no war.

Characteristic of Mystik is the large leap of a fifth, from DING (root note) to the first note on the pan, similar to, for example, Celtic Minor, closely followed by an exciting semitone step, thus making the minor sixth the root note. Through the leap of a minor third, we reach the third note, which forms the octave to the root note. From this note, the complete hexatonics of the Mystik tuning are mapped out. To the next note it is a whole tone step, then another semitone step to the minor third, which gives the tuning its minor character. From there, the fourth step is skipped directly to the fifth tone. After that, the minor sixth is repeated and finally Mystik concludes with the minor seventh, which has not yet been used in the lower octave. Compared to the heptatonic Aeolian mode, the fourth step is missing here (example in D: note G)

As a variant, the manufacturer offers Healing Frequency Mystik as a pentatonic. Here, the last note in the example above (minor seventh) is omitted, and instead, the note sequence is repeated further upwards. This variant gives the notes used even more room to sound, but also reduces the note selection.

Suitable Tunings:
Very suitable for playing together and improvising:

A Major (Parallel tuning)

A Sabye (Parallel tuning)

B Celtic Minor / Amara

F# Kurd

E Ragadesh

F# Pygmy

F# Magic Voyage

F# Equinox

C# Low Pygmy

D Jibuk

F# Mystic

F# Integral

D Aegean

B La Sirena

Also suitable for composing together:

C# Hijaz

F# Romanian Hijaz / Kaffa

C# Celtic Minor

C# Kurd

E Celtic Minor / Amara

E Kurd

E Sabye

C# Celtic Minor / Amara

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0409/7949/7128/products/Healing-frequency-handpan-ansicht-von-oben.jpg?v=1721744391
